2007 · A robots.txt and nothing else
The Wayback Machine’s only capture before 2023 is a robots.txt from June 2007 at www.dearbore.com. Something was registered and served then, but no page was archived, so what it was is unknown.
2023–2024 · Proyecto Athos de Arboré
From September 2023 the domain carried a Spanish-language WordPress site for Athos de Arboré — “Parcelas campestres”, nineteen countryside lots in the vereda Chimbí outside Melgar, Tolima, priced from COP 169,900,000 — marketed by Dinhomer, a Colombian real-estate agency. The homepage listed every parcel by name and area, the utilities available and the payment terms.
2025 · A redesign, then silence
In January 2025 the site was rebuilt with a new look and softer copy — “Vive en armonía, en un paraíso natural” — and video walkthroughs. The last capture is from May 3, 2025. The registration then lapsed.
2026 · A new owner
The domain was registered afresh on October 20, 2026 by its current owner, who has no connection to the development, the agency or the lots. This site documents what was here, redirects every old address to the page that describes it, and sells nothing.
